In society today mother figures come in all shapes and sizes, this description really sums up what a mother is to me.
When you are lucky enough to have a special person in your life that has been there for you in the good times and bad, who you can turn to when you need picking up, a shoulder to cry on, to laugh with and be your biggest cheerleader then we need to cherish these people.
one thing lock down had taught me is how much I appreciate the people I have in my life and what they do for me, fingers crossed there is a light at the end of the tunnel and we can all get to give the special people in our life a massive big hug, just a little bit longer to go but fingers crossed it will be soon
